Marketplace Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our team in Warsaw. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies, and managing timelines.
You will produce actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data and leverage your product knowledge to consult Selling Partners on growth opportunities and business impact.
Your primary goal will be to gain the trust of Selling Partners through close collaboration and delivering results. You will also educate Selling Partners about our Client's solutions and enhance their knowledge.
In addition, you will identify and engage prospective Selling Partners for our services, prepare and present performance deep dives to discuss business progress and strategic plans, and own a specific subject within our service organization to support peers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Selling Partner Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage a portfolio of 10-12 Selling Partners.
- Business Analysis: Produce actionable insights using analytical tools to inform business decisions.
- Consultancy: Provide expert advice to Selling Partners on growth opportunities and business impact.
- Operational Support: Guide Selling Partners through strategic plans and help overcome operational challenges.
