Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead a multi-language international team of Customer Service representatives in one of our global Strategy & Transformation Service Delivery Capability Centers. Your role will be to provide and interface between customers and internal teams for exceptional customer service, supporting daily business operations and tasks linked to order management and business systems support & incident management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-language international team of Customer Service representatives.
  • Provide and interface between customers and internal teams for exceptional customer service.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the team to ensure satisfactory service level.
  • Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders within the Cluster SC function and relevant BU teams.
  • Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Supply Chain team.
  • Problem solving and performance improvement.
  • Support the Capability Center functional lead with initiatives to improve business service offerings.
  • Lead and coach team members in their technical capabilities development.
  • Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets.

Requirements
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • German language is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Linguistics.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience demonstrated via managing and coaching a team.
  • Customer Service channels and trade knowledge.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and active problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in MS Office toolkit.
