About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Agiliway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
  • Present the value of Agiliway services and offerings to potential clients
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players
  • Meet or exceed targeted sales quota by bringing new logo business
  • Keep updated information in CRM, report activities

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of similar experience with a proven track record of annually closing new business
  • Understanding of the full-cycle sales process
  • Ability to meet deadlines and reach sales quota
  • Written and spoken English. German will be a plus.
  • Willingness to travel
