Business Opportunity
People More is a technology company offering a wide range of services, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile solutions. We are looking for a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our customer base in the DACH, BeNeLux, and Nordics regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business by finding new clients for our IT services
  • Shape business development strategy
  • Conduct meetings with clients presenting our portfolio
  • Prepare offers and negotiate contracts
  • Assist in marketing content creation to better present our portfolio
  • Represent People More on conferences and events

Requirements
  • Experience in selling IT services
  • High level of Polish and English proficiency
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Open, positive, and client-oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of global business
  • Experience in dealing with client-facing commercial topics
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of other languages
  • Proficiency in lead-gen or marketing tools
