We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled System Sales Engineer to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a System Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing agreed sales activities in Poland and Baltics Installed Base segment, contributing substantially to the planned growth of both the total business and the individual divisional targets.

This position will focus on working with existing customers (Maintenance, Repairs and Operations & Lifecycle Services) and Modernization & Expansion) of Systems and Software solutions like DeltaV, Ovation, Reliability Solutions, etc.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining and developing relationship with selected Installed Base Customers in Poland and Baltics
  • Actively selling Systems and Software products and services in cooperation with other team members and departments
  • Implementing Emerson global products marketing strategy
  • Actively visiting customers to promote assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services, negotiating contracts

You will align with local and international Emerson Trade Compliance and Quality Management procedures, as well as the Emerson Ethics policy and Emerson Culture policy, with respect to all business activities.

Our ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Polish and English.

A technical bachelor degree in automation, electrical, control process or relevant field, minimum 3 years of sales/first direct sales support role experience or similar working directly with customers, and a full clean driving license are also required.
