About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Network Support Engineer L3 to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our clients, identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of network services.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support network operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in network engineering.
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance network performance and security.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in network engineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of switching and routing technologies, primarily Cisco solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, EIGRP.
