We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Customer Support Engineer to join our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse customer requests and take ownership of resolving issues until they are resolved.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues using standard procedures and instructions, or escalate to internal teams as necessary.
  • Provide continuous feedback to customers on requested issues via phone or systems used.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
  • Prepare reports and document technical knowledge in the form of procedures or instructions, and improve existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background or students/graduates in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields.
  • Linux experience (system administrator level), knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), log analysis, Bash scripting.
  • Curiosity and detail-orientation, with the ability to work under pressure and make smart decisions quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation, with patience, empathy, and understanding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-development orientation, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • English language skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English.
