Key Responsibilities:- Analyse customer requests and take ownership of resolving issues until they are resolved.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues using standard procedures and instructions, or escalate to internal teams as necessary.
- Provide continuous feedback to customers on requested issues via phone or systems used.
- Prioritise and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
- Prepare reports and document technical knowledge in the form of procedures or instructions, and improve existing ones.
- Engineering background or students/graduates in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields.
- Linux experience (system administrator level), knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), log analysis, Bash scripting.
- Curiosity and detail-orientation, with the ability to work under pressure and make smart decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation, with patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
