The Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral part of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, responsible for making Heineken the most connected brewery. Our team is dedicated to digitalizing and integrating our processes, ensuring best-in-class technology, and embedding a data-driven culture.

We are seeking a skilled TS&O Technology Specialist – Connectivity to join our Product team. This role will manage the services provided to the Operating Company (OpCo) by the TP&S Supplier, working closely with external vendors, resources, and contracts.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years' experience in Connectivity, with expertise in IT areas such as network infrastructure, service delivery, and technology solutions. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in agile teams with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the quality of the solution and technical debt.
  • Working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform requirements.
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposing resolutions.
  • Maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices, and evaluating them for applicability.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in one or more IT areas, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecom, Electronics, or related studies. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, with other languages an advantage.
