Job Overview

This challenging role offers a unique opportunity to lead the e-commerce team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring smooth service delivery to European customers, and aligning with stakeholders on future requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the e-commerce team in Application Service Management department, focusing on resource planning, training, development, and daily operational management.
  • Hold a strategic position, empowering business planning and operational adherence to budget/cost.
  • Accountable for project and service delivery of your team, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, consolidation, and renewal of services directed to state-of-the-art concepts/technologies.
  • Align with stakeholders on future requirements, solution provisioning, and ensuring high customer contentment.
  • Work with vendors on a strategic level to align on SLA/SLO and ensure delivery based on contractual obligations.
  • Compliance and support of audit is assured by your team.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in IT or comparable educational training derived from work experience.
  • Very good knowledge in commerce tools web, frontend development, and good interface knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Salesforce CRM and PimCore PIM including relevant security necessities.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT Service operation or consulting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership and provider management.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of financials, negotiation skills, sense for planning, and knowledge how to deliver quality.
  • Communication skills, service-oriented thinking, and a can-do attitude are important.
  • Demonstrate proactivity, result orientation, and a high commitment as key values.
