The Role

As a Strategic Talent Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive development programs that cater to the needs of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Your key objectives will include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of development needs to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with HRBPs and Managers to develop competency frameworks and training plans
  • Creating and delivering inspiring training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and making recommendations for improvement
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in employee development and proposing new ideas to enhance the experience of our employees
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, along with strong analytical and project management skills. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and have expertise in creating engaging presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
