Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Expert to join our team in NRF Poland Sp. z o.o.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Polish Automotive Aftermarket sector, with a focus on the truck division. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to expand customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing awareness of NRF's services among key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the target market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new business opportunities to expand the customer network.
  • Promote NRF's services and solutions to key stakeholders, including vehicle workshops and other industry players.
  • Communicate effectively about automotive products, features, and benefits to end-users.
  • Travel across France and occasionally Europe, as required, to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Polish Automotive Aftermarket sector, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills, with proficiency in using BI analytical systems to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a proven track record of hunting new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
