About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our account executives, account managers, and other stakeholders to streamline deal execution while adhering to company policies and best practices for invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Process enterprise and sales-assisted deals in CRM to ensure accurate billing and compliance with internal systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with account executives and accountants to move deals through the pipeline while maintaining compliance with invoicing, ARR rules, and company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and alignment with SaaS subscription billing standards.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Basic understanding of invoicing and billing for software and SaaS subscriptions.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and execute tasks according to a given playbook.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
