We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Billtrust. This is a hybrid role that combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for providing top-notch customer support and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, troubleshooting, analyzing, and prioritizing incoming requests.
Key Responsibilities- You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone, prioritizing according to urgency.
- You will help our customers use our SAAS products, providing advice on functions and back-end operations.
- You will provide technical support or assistance for incoming issues and concerns related to Billtrust software and systems.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
- You will proactively identify opportunities to improve our products and processes based on customer feedback.
- You will have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will be an analytic trouble-shooter with good problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions.
- You will have experience in a support/project role of SaaS/data management solutions.
- You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing project demands efficiently and effectively.
- You will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
