Baxter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Lead to join our team in the Baltic region. As a Key Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, with a focus on growing sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and partners in the region
  • Maximize profitability and sales growth through effective business development and sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and forecasts
  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
