About This Opportunity

We are seeking an Operational HR Support Professional to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our HR Corporate Functions, you will play a vital role in supporting operational HR processes and working closely with our HRBPs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support HRBPs Corporate Functions EMENA in daily administrative tasks
  • Process end-to-end HR activities (recruiting support, internal transfers, employee exits) in alignment with your HR Business Partners
  • Obtain works council approvals (job evaluations, trainings, promotions, etc.)
  • Support HRBPs with operational tasks during reorganizations
  • Prepare contracts, employee letters, agreements, etc.
  • Process purchase orders and support order management (e.g. SAP ARIBA)

Your Profile

  • Completed studies, preferably in the field of human resources
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources
  • Good knowledge of labour law, contract law, collective tariff agreement Metall/NRW
  • Basic experience with German works council requirements
  • High ability to work under pressure, customer- and solution-oriented approach
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally also experience with SAP/HR
  • Business fluent (written and spoken) language skills in German and English are mandatory
