We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Madiff. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, calculating, and processing payroll payments accurately and on time. You will collaborate with an external payroll service provider to ensure compliance and efficiency in our HR and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist include preparing and processing payroll payments accurately and on time, collaborating with the external payroll service provider, administering HR and payroll systems, operating the external supplier's payroll system, providing HR support to employees, assisting in managing selected employee benefits programs, and generating reports related to HR and payroll processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have specialized education in HR, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in HR administration, including payroll processing, is also essential. Strong proficiency in Workday and payroll management systems, practical knowledge of labor law and social security regulations, English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required. A proactive approach with a strong orientation toward collaboration and teamwork, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships are also necessary.
