We are seeking an Administrative Support for HR Team at TN Poland. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting our HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements regarding employee documentation.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a confident use of French and English (minimum C1 level). Previous experience in a HR role or administrative position is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for preparing HR reports and presentations, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting our recruitment efforts and onboarding process.
