About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the client's HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Assist in recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
  3. Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  4. Support employees with benefits enrollment and address any questions or concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Confident use of German and English (minimum C1 level).
  • 2+ years of experience in a HR role or administrative position preferred, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (preferred) and/or MS Office, including Word and Excel.
