About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administration Specialist with French to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR administration processes for employees based in France, ensuring data accuracy and quality in various HR systems.

As an HR Administration Specialist, you will work closely with employees, managers, and HR business partners in France to provide HR-related support and guidance. You will also participate in reviewing and improving HR processes to ensure their quality and efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and international company like Schneider Electric, which is at the forefront of digital transformation in energy management and automation.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in French and good English skills are essential, and experience in SSC/BPO organization will be a significant advantage.
