Job Overview
We are currently looking for a highly skilled OT Security Sales Support Engineer to join our team. As an OT Security Sales Support Engineer, you will be involved in the implementation of OT security solutions, supporting the development of OT security services, and providing expertise to drive the growth of our OT security offerings.
Responsibilities
- Implement OT security solutions, participating in implementation projects (architecture, installation, and configuration of OT Security solutions) or supervising subcontractors.
- Maintain and develop the OT laboratory, ensuring its functionality and effectiveness.
- Support the sales of OT Security services, providing expertise to drive their growth.
- Evaluate the maturity of OT security architecture and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze OT security solutions and products, assessing their efficacy and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of OT architecture, systems, and protocols, backed by experience working in an OT environment.
- Expertise in both IT and OT cybersecurity, including knowledge of OT security standards, especially ISA/IEC 62443.
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP stack, switching, routing, firewalls).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and experience in their implementation/operations/maintenance, particularly OT IDS, as well as tools like SIEM/SOAR, EDR/EPP, PAM, vulnerability scanners, etc.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and responsibility.
