Job Description

This role involves working closely with the HRIS Manager to manage and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday. Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day support for HRIS activities such as security administration, delivering analytics roadmap objectives, and supporting growth through integrating and onboarding new acquisitions via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). The role will also contribute to HR initiatives launched via Workday, data analytics, and the overall effectiveness of the HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Integration of New Acquisitions
    • Lead project kick-off calls for Workday transition
    • Collaborate with HRBPs to collect data from Group Company contacts
    • Data review and validation
    • System configurations (new organisations, compensation plans, absence plans)
    • Testing and go-live support with tester training and communications
  2. HRIS Management
    • Role assignments and audit security configurations
    • Data and Configuration Audits
    • Manage data loads and execute mass changes (data integrity, salary changes, reorganisations)
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards on Workday, including editing existing reports based on customer requirements
  3. BAU Support
    • Deliver training to colleagues across our ecosystem
    • Review and update training content with the L&D team
    • Resolve JIRA requests across our ecosystem
    • Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure compliance with local legislation and policies
    • Support Workday system updates and implement new HRIS features
  4. Process Improvements
    • Documentation of Workday processes
    • Review business process condition rules
    • Process notifications and optimisations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years' experience with Workday configurations (Business Processes, Plans, Security)
  • Desirable: previous HR experience or knowledge/experience of HR processes, policies and best practices
  • Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with system implementation desirable
  • PowerBI experience an advantage
