Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate managed services and customer interactions according to Group strategy.
  • Manage orders, including acceptance, processing, and changes.
  • Provide high-quality reporting data and analysis.
  • Work closely with customers, subcontractors, and external parties to ensure quality control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT Support.
  • Offer technical support to the local organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Engineer or technical degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical position.
  • Operational level of English and Polish.
  • Knowledge of repair activities, data analysis, and report generation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
