**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CEE Quality Manager, Responsible Person to join our team. As the key quality representative in Central and Eastern Europe, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), GxP standards, and local regulations. You will work closely with affiliate leaders to identify and address issues proactively, drive continuous improvement through self-assessments, CAPAs, and quality plans, and take responsibility for product quality issues.

**Key Responsibilities as CEE Quality Manager, Responsible Person:**

  • Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee authorized activities, including training programs, to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Execute product recalls efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage customer complaints and supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products.
  • Approve subcontracted activities affecting GDP to maintain supply chain integrity.

**Requirements:**

To qualify for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine and possess proven leadership and influence in a cGxP environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are also essential, as well as fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
