About the Role
We seek an experienced Sales Support Coordinator/Expert to join our Client department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues within the Client department and other teams to drive sales success. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting client-related processes, mainly through managing sales CRM (HubSpot) data, tracking leads, and generating reports.
- Preparing sales presentations and client-related documents.
- Assigning client leads from our website to appropriate Sales team members and monitoring their follow-up.
- Monitoring lead progress and Sales Team activity, correcting data and dashboard when necessary.
Your Impact
You will contribute significantly to our sales governance processes by:
- Identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Verifying internal checks and collaborating with key stakeholders in Compliance, AML, Credit Risks, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams.
- Ensuring sales guidelines and standards are followed, with all necessary approvals in place.
- Maintaining a repository of minutes and approvals.
- Ensuring contract signing processes are executed with legal teams.
