**Job Summary:** The Institutional Channel Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and demand generation strategies to drive profitable business growth in the institutional channel. The role will involve leading a team of medical professionals, maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and overseeing pharmaceutical wholesale activities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of medical professionals to implement commercial and demand generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Oversee pharmaceutical wholesale activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Define pricing policies and commercial strategies for institutional and pharma channels.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage promotional budgets and track expenses.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of geographic potential and review individual team member's territory.
  • Mentor and develop team members based on Nestle Leadership Framework and Sales Functional Competency Framework.

**Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the institutional channel and pharma channel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling customer message and drive business growth.
  • High level of organizing, planning, and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Strong work ethic and outcome orientation.
  • Very good command of Polish and English.
