We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative with German fluency to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide information to customers regarding their queries and troubleshoot issues as per defined SLAs.
  • CCC Management: Manage CCC, Dispatch & Install Base management activities: interacting with customers on phone, email or chat to capture customer issues, raise tickets on CRM application, and assign to relevant teams.
  • Ticket Management: Monitor open notifications/tickets and act accordingly, such as booking an engineer and ordering spare parts.
  • Accuracy Management: Manage accuracy of system reports by identifying and correcting wrong/missing information in SAP.
  • Self-Development: Improve skill level through self-development or nominating training programs.
  • Quality Scores: Meet Quality Scores, SLAs, and bring Innovation and Process Improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team while motivating others to achieve common goals.
