Role Overview:This position is for a Travel Customer Service Specialist with German language proficiency to work 100% remotely.
Responsibilities:- Engage in daily customer contact via telephone and email.
- Provide travel consultancy through the company system.
- Assist travelers during unexpected travel difficulties.
- Pursue after-sales service by addressing customer inquiries, such as cancellations and complaints.
- Identify and introduce process improvements.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
