Job Title: Customer Service Specialist with German and Italian
SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with fluency in German, Italian, and English to join our client's team in Krakow.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, and willing to embrace new challenges. They will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle business inquiries and incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions using available resources.
- Process customer requests and ensure data accuracy by updating our database regularly.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
- Develop and propose innovative ideas aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
- Contribute beyond the scope of regular duties.
- Proficiency in German, Italian, and English at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory.
- Enthusiastic and communicative approach.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
