Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in Modern Trade, Distributor Channel, or Specialties shops with kids' assortment.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Strategy Execution: Define and execute strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Marketing and Sales Planning: Create short-term and long-term marketing and sales plans, including JBP's, to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Portfolio Management: Manage promotion budgets, portfolio management, and new product listings to ensure optimal business performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Deliver KPI's, create reports, and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistics, and Finance, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer behavior and trends to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in a FMCG international company, food/non-food, or consumer electronics category.
- Experience in Modern Trade, Distributor Channel, or Kids' Specialties Shops like Smyk, Empik, and others.
- Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English.
- Proven track record in sales, great communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proactive, open-minded, with a hands-on attitude and flexible personality.
- Strong motivation and goal-oriented.
