  • Providing proactive support to customers, anticipating their needs and offering solutions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on problem-solving and resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
