Haleon is a dynamic and innovative consumer health company, dedicated to improving everyday health for billions of people. As a Key Account Manager Mass Market, you'll be part of our Mass Market Channel Sales team in Warsaw, responsible for driving sales growth and building strategic partnerships.

About the Team

You'll be working closely with our experienced team to develop and execute strategies that meet the needs of our customers. Your key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, creating annual customer plans, and monitoring their execution.

You'll also be accountable for executing Haleon's commercial strategy for Mass Market customers, hitting sell-in and sell-out and market share targets. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of commercial policies for the subchannel and provide valuable insights on market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform business decisions.
