We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist / Office Manager to join our team at AP-Tech. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a receptionist or office manager, with strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
About the Job:- This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the reception area, handling correspondence and phone calls, and welcoming guests.
- Organizing internal and external meetings, managing schedules, and preparing conference rooms.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining documentation, organizing business trips, and ordering office supplies.
- Overseeing office management – ensuring tidiness, handling supplies, and monitoring the condition of office equipment.
- Assisting with the organization of corporate events, team-building meetings, and other initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills and engagement.
- Proactive attitude and ability to respond quickly to needs.
