Marketing Lead Poland

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our EMEA marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Product Marketing: Assess gaps and needs in product marketing materials and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and support on execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for market expansion and product innovation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in marketing role, preferably in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs at once and effectively prioritize work
  • Language: Fluency in Polish and English
