Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with accommodation partners;
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with partners to discuss performance and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners;
- Provide training and support to new and existing properties on how to use our extranet and rates & availability system;
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Ukrainian;
- Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus;
- Pro-active, sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
