Job Responsibilities:

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of managing, retaining, and growing revenue in a DaaS / SaaS / tech environment.
  • Able to establish great, long-term customer relationships while capturing high-value growth opportunities.
  • Experience going high & wide within organisations and connecting with new stakeholders.
  • Able to lead with insight and develop an understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
  • Able to maintain high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, and social media.
  • Experience with client engagement and communication on a CRM.
