The Role: As a key member of our Recruitment Delivery Centre, you'll play a pivotal role in exceeding client expectations, delivering a best-in-class recruitment service by shaping strong recruitment teams. You'll motivate, engage, and manage your team's performance and potential to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and inspiring your team to success through regular performance reviews and quality checks.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members on sourcing, screening/selecting candidates and client engagement.
  • Supporting the set-up of new recruitment services, including creating measures and metrics for team success.
  • Overseeing daily work distribution to achieve timely, cost-effective, and accurate completion of the client's recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Recruitment Operations Managers and Account Directors.
  • Championing People and Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring consistent communication of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and working in a specialised recruitment environment.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team through proven team leadership skills.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and providing constructive feedback to individual team members.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on performance, planning/delivery of complex tasks within challenging deadlines.
