KCM Clinic S.A. is a rapidly expanding Polish and international medical company with a high-specialized hospital and educational center for surgeons worldwide.

We organize international conferences and workshops on modern and minimally invasive surgery, transmitted live. Our Medical Center offers a comprehensive and professional range of medical services, maintaining global standards in equipment and patient care from Poland and abroad.

In line with our dynamic growth, we are seeking candidates for the position of:

Sales Manager - Customer Care Manager

Your profile:

  • Being a native English and Polish speaker, with fluency in another EU language (Spanish, French, German)
  • A great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and via email
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and 1-2 years experience in a high-performance sales role
  • A team player who thrives on constructive feedback and learning
  • Supportive and empowering teammate
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
