About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Anesthesia department. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Provide market information to maintain a sound understanding of the marketplace
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed care information relative to your assigned sales territory
  • Identify incremental business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the portfolio
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with a focus at the local and regional levels to defend and expand product portfolio
  • Monitor product sales and work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Attend regional and local conferences
  • Provide feedback regarding product simplification and standardization to enhance the profitability of the sales line
  • Work closely with other sales representatives to increase penetration of products in accounts
  • Create, own, and promote marketing events supporting the sales targets
Requirements
  • Territory Sales/Account Management experience in Medical device sales
