Technical Recruiter Job Description

Grid Dynamics is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions.
  • Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc.
  • Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS.
  • Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process.
  • Closely cooperate with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them.
  • Participate in different marketing activities, promote Grid Dynamics on the market and in social media, build a pool of warm candidates from events.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool.
  • Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of hiring software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, Big Data engineers of middle and senior level.
  • Growing network and visible activity on LinkedIn profile.
  • Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries and market trends.
  • Thorough understanding of employment and labor laws in Poland.
  • High level of self-motivation and proactivity.
  • Flexibility and multitasking.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to dedicate time for self-education.
  • Ability to work with ATS, recruitments tools and basic analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must.
