As a Customer Experience Advocate at zondacrypto, you will be the first point of contact for our valued users, providing expert support and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Provide exceptional online support: Respond to emails and chats in a timely manner, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle phone interactions: Take calls from clients on behalf of other departments, providing a professional and courteous service.
- Conduct video-calls: Collaborate with customers via video conferencing to provide personalized support and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent communication skills: Deliver top-notch customer support that goes beyond issue resolution, building trust and rapport with users.
