Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems team. This individual will be responsible for administering and supporting our Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization, as well as experience with integrated applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Business Systems team and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customizations and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Administer and support the company's Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.
- Oversee integrated applications within the Salesforce ecosystem, and create comprehensive documentation to support ongoing maintenance.
- Provide end-user training and support, troubleshooting issues and assisting with user adoption.
- Document system configuration, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and compliance with internal standards.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, focusing on scalability to align with our company-wide growth objectives.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- C1 fluency or higher in English required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and collaborate laterally and upwards.
- Fluency with declarative process automation including Flow, Process Builder, and Validation rules.
- Knowledge of managing/troubleshooting Managed Packages/Integrations.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Basic understanding of Apex, Aura Components, and/or Lightning Web Components is helpful, but not required.
