Job Title: Source to Pay Intern

Job Overview:

TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue reconciliation, and cash flows, in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve queries related to vendor invoices, including reminders and SAP AP workflow queries, to ensure timely resolution and on-time payment for vendor invoices.
  • Process and post vendor invoices in SAP and corrections.
  • Maintain S2P accounts during reconciliation process, including trade, leasing, advanced payment, GRIR/unvouchered, employee, and T&E cards accounts.
  • Manage other S2P activities, including T&E (employee expenses audit).

Your Profile:

  • Active student.
  • Very good command of the English language (minimum of B2 level).
  • Very good organization of own work.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with deadlines.
  • Communication skills, teamwork skills.
  • Availability min. 30 hours a week.
