About the Role
Spyrosoft, an innovative software engineering company, is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join its reengineering project for a prominent ERP system in Poland. This collaborative effort involves agile teams of front-end developers, quality assurance specialists, and a project manager working together to create a newly redesigned frontend layer using React.js that meets the highest UX/UI standards.
As the chosen Technical Writer, you will play a vital role in documenting the features and functionalities of the system, ensuring that clear, concise, and accurate documentation is available in Polish for both developed and migrated components.
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for newly developed or migrated ERP system features.
- Work closely with front-end developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather technical information.
- Ensure that documentation adheres to industry standards and provides a clear understanding of system functionalities.
- Translate complex technical information into easily understandable and user-friendly content in Polish.
- Utilize MadCap Flare to structure and publish the documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level – ability to write and communicate effectively.
- Strong communication skills – ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new systems and workflows.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to describe system functionalities concisely and clearly.
- Experience with MadCap Flare documentation tool.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience with ERP systems is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
