About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Poland. As part of our client's exciting growth plans, this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the elevator industry, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain partnerships with lift installers, fostering account growth and new business opportunities, ensuring repeat business and encouraging referrals.
  • Customer Insights: Understand and address the specific needs of customers, providing financial and technical information related to elevator projects, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market activities, identify risks, analyze competitors, and implement strategies to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in the construction, machinery, or building services sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong empathy and persuasive abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a process-driven approach, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Engineering qualification is preferred, and fluency in Polish and proficiency in English are essential.
