About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Elevator Systems Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Poland. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development in the Polish market.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies tailored to the elevator industry. This includes building and maintaining partnerships with lift installers, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with our marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns, stay informed on industry trends and news, and attend industry events and trade shows to expand your professional network.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or technical sales, preferably in the construction, machinery, or building services sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a process-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Engineering qualification is preferred, but not essential.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
