As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to take the lead in acquiring new clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will focus on building strong, long-lasting client relationships while ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success with our services. The Business Development Manager will primarily focus on identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new clients (~80%), while fostering strong relationships to ensure their continued success post-onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management or sales, business development, or client success, ideally in Language Service providing, Translation and Localization, or other related industries.
- Strong background in project management with a focus on client-facing roles and sales delivery.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with a passion for exceeding client expectations and achieving sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required. Proficiency in the French language is a significant advantage.
