Job Description

This role requires a driven individual with experience in B2B sales and team management. As the Business Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives, negotiating and closing bigger deals, and managing your own sales pipeline.

You will work closely with the Senior Country Sales Manager to provide market feedback to our product team regarding Bolt Business solutions. Additionally, you will monitor our competition and spot shifts, opportunities, and changes.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent English and Polish language skills, a higher degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B Sales, including 2+ years of experience in managing sales teams of 3-6 HC.
