Comarch S.A is a leading supplier of the telecommunications industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our global sales team. In this role, the primary focus will be on business growth and building new client relationships.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in sales, pre-sales or in the B2B channel. Spanish language skills at C1/C2 level or as a native language are required. Proficient knowledge of English and strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills are also necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, finance, marketing or technical studies, and will be able to travel for business trips. Knowledge of the global telecommunications market is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, arranging meetings, demonstrations and workshops to ensure growth of sales in the Spanish-speaking region. You will also manage the end-to-end sales cycle, participate in client meetings and build long-lasting customer relationships.

You will provide accurate and timely sales reports and updates to management, conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and potential sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product development.
