Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through proactive engagement, ensuring seamless site usage and maximizing activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and follow-ups to meet sales targets.
- Support new and existing clients in overcoming any barriers to enjoying our products.
- Promote our entertainment offerings, including sites, products, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team leader to align on all objectives.
- Work closely with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.
Requirements:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and effectively promoting our sites, products, and promotions.
- A drive to consistently meet and exceed targets.
- Bilingual or native-level proficiency in Italian and fluency in English.
