Job Title: Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team at the Flint Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating our global transfer pricing documentation process, working closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and benchmarking studies.
  • Collaborate with external advisors on the transfer pricing documentation automation initiative, including scoping, functional interviews, and template preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of Intercompany Agreements.
  • Maintain the operational transfer pricing model, performing periodical calculations and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Provide support in transfer pricing audits globally.
  • Support other transfer pricing and tax-related projects, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in finance or accounting or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of practical transfer pricing experience, particularly in coordinating transfer pricing documentation projects for multinational enterprises.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high-quality standards.
  • Very good command of English, with strong writing skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP, HFM, and data wrangling tools is an asset.
